The issue in GetHuman-aqibhay's own words
There was a bug in your application, basically when a person subscribe a Netflix so after successfully subscription when a person using Netflix over the phone so in your mobile application required username and password for the very first time use in mobile application after installed the application, so my query is that if Netflix mobile application save the credentials of user after successfully login in the mobile application so when persons cancel the subscription so Netflix will automatically logout the user in mobile application that's OK, but when the person resubscribe the Netflix with the same credentials so mobile application will not ask for the credentials again so i think its a Bug, according to my thinking Netflix mobile application will ask the credentials again after re-subscription even with the same credentials will use for re-subscription.
