I have been using my Netflix account via my Roku streaming stick, when it came to logging on via my phone it said my account didn’t exist but it clearly does as I have been being charged for it and able to use via the Roku. *Recently I bought a new Roku and needed to upgrade my Netflix account to be able to watch on * screens, it appears I have set up basically a new Netflix account. I am now being charged twice. *I have tried logging in to the old one, I have no other email address...so surely that can only be linked with one account? *I would like to be refunded and the old account cancelled.
