I need for someone to call me on:**** * ******** ... I need to inform NETFLIX that I have a serious problem that must must be addressed immediately.**. I notice that on my credit card account for December ****, I was charged US$*,*** (!) and I have no explanation for this. Visa card ending in **** which has now been replaced with a similar card ending in **** both in the name of JOHN DILL. I did not notice this before as I have been traveling extensively.**. For ** months I have been unable to access my NETLIX account and constantly receive a message saying that what I have requested is "unavailable". You can check and see I have not accessed the account.*Obviously I am hugely disappointed by both issues and require communication immediately in order to resolve this situation. Below e-mail is that associated with my NETFLIX account.
