Hello, I have a suggestion. Many Netflix users, including myself and my friends, find it frustrating that the language of shows and movies is not indicated before watching. It can be time-consuming to pick a movie and then realize it's not in the language we prefer. Adding a simple line to show the available languages could save us the hassle of starting a movie only to find out it's in a foreign language. This small change could make late-night movie selections less frustrating for all users. I understand Netflix has many customers, but I hope this suggestion can be passed on to improve the viewing experience for everyone. Thank you. T.C.

The song lyrics express feelings of loneliness and longing for connection. The artist describes wanting to feel right when receiving a call, seeking solace in the night's spotlight and moonlight. The repeated chorus emphasizes improving one's mood and finding solace in the presence of someone special. The mix of vulnerability and bravado in the lyrics reflects the artist's inner struggles and desire for affirmation and comfort.

I recommend that your production team consider adapting the Honor Harrington book series by David Weber into either an original series or, even better, a Marvel-style movie franchise. The main character, Honor Harrington, presents a strong female lead within a futuristic military setting. I personally view her as an admirable role model for women, and I have introduced her character to my children. I have collected all 14 books in the HH series and have prepared them for when my grandchildren are old enough to enjoy them. Additionally, there are numerous other books set in the Honorverse, featuring characters from the HH series. I have no affiliation with the author or the books, but as a dedicated reader, I eagerly anticipate each new installment in the HH saga.

I previously worked at your customer service call center in Utah, where a cafeteria worker mistakenly added bacon to my veggie burger. Due to my Crohn's disease and vegan lifestyle, I became very ill, leading to multiple hospital visits and subsequent attendance issues which ultimately led to my termination. Since this incident three years ago, I have experienced more frequent flare-ups, going from one every six months to one every other month. Unfortunately, I am now facing lawsuits from hospitals. Despite all this, neither my former employer nor the company contracted for the cafeteria services has offered any support. This situation has had a profound impact on my life, prompting me to share my story widely and discourage others from using your services.

For the past two days, my Netflix has not been working. Whenever I click on a show or movie, I receive the message "We’re having trouble playing this title right now. Please try again later or select a different title." I have attempted to watch various shows, but the same issue persists. I have tried signing in and out multiple times, refreshing Netflix, and verifying that my internet connection is stable. However, I have had no success in resolving the problem. Could you provide any guidance on how to fix this issue? The account is registered under the email [redacted] Thank you, Hayley

Hello, I believe the issue might be with my bank. Today is March 10th, and when I tried to access Netflix, it indicated that my account was not paid. However, upon checking my bank transactions, I noticed activities dated for tomorrow, March 11th. There's no record of Netflix attempting to withdraw payment. I usually anticipate my Netflix payment on Monday, March 11th, when I receive my salary. Tomorrow morning, I will visit the bank to resolve this. Could you please consider granting me access to Netflix tonight and charge me when there are sufficient funds as I'm unable to fix this on a Sunday? I just concluded a long day at work and was eager to unwind by watching Netflix. Best Regards, J. Tennant

Hello, I experienced a Netflix Site Error while watching a show this morning. Despite clearing my cache and restarting my laptop, the issue persists. Interestingly, it works fine on my phone but not on either of my laptops, which I usually alternate between based on location. I even disabled my internet security software to rule that out, yet the problem remains. On my phone, I can only access one of my spare profiles; it fails to load under my main profile. I am unable to access the help tabs as well. Clicking on Help Centre or Contact Us in the email leads to an error message displaying: "This XML file does not appear to have any style information associated with it. The document tree is shown below. [redacted] Invalid Request " Thank you, Bianca

Hello, I would like to address a concern regarding the choice of colors and font size in the emails sent from the website. It seems that the writers may not be paying attention to readability, as some emails are in blue on a black background with a small font size, making them difficult to read. I believe it is important for management to remind the writers about professionalism and ensuring that colors are suitable for reading purposes. These issues may be impacting the effectiveness of the messages being sent out, as they are currently challenging to decipher. Thank you for looking into this matter.

I have a question and a request. Firstly, I'm curious to know if there is a possibility that the Netflix original series "Dragons Race To The Edge" created by Dreamworks could be removed at any point. Secondly, if there are plans to remove it, I would like to inquire about ways to preserve the series for personal viewing. I am a huge fan of "How to Train Your Dragon," so owning each episode of this series is essential to me. I intend to collect every movie in the series too. Thank you in advance for any information you can provide. Have a fantastic day!

Dear Team, I am writing to express my deep disappointment in the news that One Day at a Time will not be renewed for a fourth season. The show's popularity was evident today as it trended as the #1 topic on Twitter, with fans taking to all social media platforms to share their love for it. The lack of viewership can be attributed to inadequate promotion, as I only discovered the show through a scene on Instagram. It is disheartening that shows focusing on serious topics like suicide and rape are prioritized over a series like One Day at a Time, which addresses diversity, LGBTQ+ representation, and relevant social issues. This show has had a profound impact on me, inspiring me to mend my relationship with my mother and see the world through different lenses. The unresolved cliffhangers from the last episode, with Lydia and Dr. B in Cuba and Elena and Victor reconciling, leave much to be desired. Ending the show does not mean the challenges in the world will cease, and the show's portrayal of minority lives may be lost without it. I, along with many others, urge you to reconsider this decision and produce one more season to tie up loose ends. Netflix owes its success to subscribers, and it is important to listen to our feedback. Thank you, Calli Kessinger

I received an email that seems suspicious. It claims to be from Netflix stating that my account password has expired. However, the email address it's from looks odd and I believe it might be a scam. Since my account is linked to a different email, receiving this on my main email raised red flags for me. I am writing to express my concern about the cancellation of "One Day at a Time." This show is truly significant as it authentically portrays the lives of Latinx individuals and addresses important themes with a blend of humor and honesty. Despite its viewership not matching that of shows like Riverdale, the representation of Latinx characters in leading roles on television is crucial, as currently only a small percentage of these roles are filled by Latinx actors. Cancelling such a remarkable show will only worsen this disparity. Additionally, the representation of the LGBTQ+ community in the series is commendable and essential for viewers who may be influenced by what they see on TV. The impact of the show is undeniable, and it would be a disservice to the talented creators, cast, and crew to abruptly end it. I implore you to reconsider the cancellation of "One Day at a Time" or at the very least, provide it with a proper conclusion.

Dear Netflix, I have been dealing with health issues, including a brain tumor and Graves Disease, for the past 2 1/2 years, which led me to inadvertently create two Netflix accounts. Due to various circumstances, including multiple relocations, I failed to notice that I was being charged for both accounts. I believe I canceled one under [redacted] when I moved from Lee’s Summit, MO, and created a new one under [redacted] in Plymouth, NH in October [redacted]. Upon reviewing my bank statements, I realized I have been charged $13.99 on the 1st and 15th of each month, totaling $[redacted].76 for the inactive Pfistertj account for over 2 years. I am kindly requesting your assistance in researching this matter and potentially refunding the amount paid in error. Your understanding and support during this challenging time would be greatly appreciated. Thank you for your attention to this matter. Sincerely, Diana Anderson

I am having trouble accessing my Netflix account. Everything was working fine earlier, but now whenever I try to log in using Chrome, I keep getting a Netflix Site Error message. I have already cleared my cookies, restarted my Asus Chromebook and router, and even tried using Firefox and the Netflix app - all to no avail. I also attempted to log in from my Nintendo 3DS XL without success, despite restarting it. I am eager to watch shows like "Seven Deadly Sins" or "Soul Eater" to take my mind off my sinus troubles. I hope to resolve this issue soon so I can fully enjoy my Netflix membership. Thank you for your assistance.

I recently reviewed my credit card statement and discovered unauthorized charges for a Netflix account that I did not set up. The charge of 9.99 GBP was made on March 2nd and my bank confirmed it as a recurring payment. While I received an authentication number from my bank, I lack other details about the individual who established the account. Unfortunately, as I am currently traveling, I cannot cancel the fraudulent payment through my bank to avoid unintended consequences for my credit card. I urge Netflix to terminate the recurring payments and deactivate the account, as I suspect identity theft or fraud in this case. Thank you. - Lindsay W.

I am disappointed that "One Day At A Time" will not continue. This show addresses important issues and has had a positive impact on many viewers. The characters' struggles, like Schneider's battle with addiction and Elena's personal conflicts, offer hope and support to those facing similar challenges. Cancelling the show after season 3 has upset fans and actors alike. We believe the show has great potential for further seasons and hope you reconsider your decision. The writers have done an exceptional job so far, and we urge you to continue creating new episodes. Many fans, including myself, are hoping for a fourth season. Thank you for your attention to this matter.

Hi, I recently received emails on March 19, [redacted], stating that my Netflix account email address had been changed and that there were sign-ins from Russia and Ontario, Canada, which were not me. I am located in Budapest, Hungary. I did not request any changes to my account. Now, when trying to access Netflix, I receive an error stating that my email address is not found. I suspect my account has been hacked. Please advise on how to proceed. Thank you, Timea A.

Hello, I'm Diego, reaching out about an issue my sister, Marcela, experienced with her Netflix account. Last week, she could see her recent activity on the Netflix app on her phone, but it disappeared last Sunday without her making any changes. I am the account owner, and the email I am using to contact you is linked to my account. Thank you.

There used to be categories on Netflix that I could choose from, like comedies, drama, or documentaries, but now they have disappeared. I called them, and they told me it was upgraded due to technology changes. Shouldn't technology make things easier for customers instead of harder to find a movie to watch? Are you trying to make us scroll through hundreds of movies before finding what we want? Please bring back the old categories. I have been a customer for over 20 years, and I hope you consider my request. If not, I will write to Mr. Reed Hastings, your CEO. Netflix should reinstate the previous categories. Thank you in advance, Braum.
