Went to settings on NETFLIXS, EMAIL,AND PASSWORD HAD BEEN CHANGED AND PASSCODE, THAT I DONT KNOW AND PACKAGE HAD BEEN CHANGED * SCREENS, WHEN I ONLY HAVE BASIC PACKAGE.!!! IVE CALLED NETFLIX AND BEEN CHARGED TWICE FOR A PACKAGE I DONT Want or need!!! I WANT A CREDIT ON MY ACCOUNT. For * months of $**.** per month (*****@***.com,,PASSCODE lisa****) THEN I WANT NETFLIXS CANCELED IMMEDIATELY, IM NOT PAYING EVERY MONTH FOR PACKAGE THAT I DONT HAVE OR USE. AND FOR ANOTHER ACCOUNT THAT IS NOT MINE!!! AND BEING THAT THE LAST REPSENTIVE STILL DIDNT CORRECT THE *ND TIME. I WANT TO CANCEL IMMEDIATELY, NETFLIX DOESNT EVEN OFFER ENOUGH FOR ME TO OPEN * ACCOUNTS, THATS SOMEONES STUPIDITY. BUT NOT MINE!!!! I WANT IT CANCELLED IMMEDIATELY NO EXCUSES,ONLY CREDIT.
