Hello, I was just charged **$ from*my free trial. When I was filling out my billing details, there was no indication of any charges applied as it was a “free trial”. However, my account was afterwards on hold, and I had to “review” my billing details. I have afterwards realised Netflix has charged me **$, with no clear indication before the billing. I have contacted a netflix staff for a live chat help on this issue. He stated that my account was on hold because my device was linked to another account previously. However, this matter was very upsetting to me, I believe Netflix should have stated in clearer detail that charges will be applied. I was charged without myself realising it, outrageous. And my membership shows the same cancellation date as that of the supposed free trial. As a customer, I felt cheated. I wish to have a detailed explanation of why this happened, and if possible, a refund.
