I’ve been having serious problems with my Netflix account. Yesterday my account was inactive so I signed in and was forced to create a new account. The site recognised my account as I was creating the new one with the same email and password, and allowed me to restart a subscription on my original account. I used netflix yesterday with no issues. I came back today and found I’d been signed out again and my account wasn’t “recognised” on the app. On the site I was once again forces to start a new account. I used the same email and password as the account I bought the subscription on a day earlier. The site told me it recognised the account and gave me a link to use the already purchased subscription but when I clicked on the link I was told I needed to finish the sign in process and brought me back to the same page. When I had finished, it started a new susbscription. There are now two subscription charges on my card, both for the same account. This is very frustrating and I would appreciate a refund for at least on of these charges.
