Hi,*I am a netflix client in Romania. Since February ****, I have been charged each month for two subscriptions, I noticed this in my account statement. I am subscribed to a single account.*I called call enter in Romania and although one of the accounts with which the figure does not have a valid email, their answer is that "the subscription amount can not be returned until after * months retroactively.Is this the official answer on your part?Do not check if an email is valid or not?*With the hope of a response with a resolution to this case. *Thank you with respect.*Arpi Martanosy
