I cancelled Netflix last month only to check my bank and see I was charged £*.** this morning I'm not happy as for a start I never opted for the £*.** as why would I need to share Netflix with that many people.... also when you cancel something it should permanently stay cancelled unless authorized.... the reason I cancelled was due to money issues I'm having at the moment, so you can see why I'm not happy to find £*.** was taken without my permission..... I rung Netflix up this morning only to be spoken too like I was thick , he was trying to say I hadn't cancelled when I have the email from last month saying about me cancelling ..... the guy I spoke to said he had cancelled it and I won't be refunded until next week but that mad me even madder as you can take it straight away and can't put it back straight away.... I never had a problem with your services until now I'm not happy that you can take money without my permission especially after cancelling it..... I would appreciate a correspondence , many thanks Annamarie
