Good Morning*I struggle to contact you via the phone due to my working hours.*I signed up for *x months free trail ******* and my *st payment went out yesterday (********) but I would like to cancel my prescription. We have had a bad experience with Netflix. We log in and watch it via my Virgin Media and it cuts out all the time. Since we suscribed we have not once watched a film or programe all the way thru. Its constanley says there is no signal? Therefore please cancel my account please.*Thank you for your reply.*Mrs L Burns
