Someone from Italy and Ireland has been using my account to watch netflix. After changing my password it continued. I have now opened a new account and closed the one that was being used, but I worry that my payment information is still on it. The account is under email address *****@***.com, it is a Netflix Canada account. Quite some time ago I noticed that somehow my account kept switching to Italian, also, shows I would never watch kept turning up in my continue watching section or “because you watched”. I recently discovered I could look at account useage and that is when I discovered IP addresses from other countries on my account. I am not even sure how they are accessing it. I changed my password and I kicked all devices out of the account. As I said above, I am very concerned about my personal information, especially my financial information I have trusted you with. Is there any way to block users from stealing my account?
