I have a movie suggestion for a film called "Distance" that would be similar to "The Kissing Booth" and "To All the Boys I've Loved Before." It would center around two people in love, where one moved away and seemingly moved on quickly, while the other remained in love, maintaining sporadic contact. Eventually, the person who relocated returns years later, leading to a happy ending where they end up together. This storyline, although not currently a movie, reflects the experiences of many and would offer a more realistic portrayal of relationships. Let's hope a film like this gets made to bring some closure and joy to those in similar situations. Thank you.

I selected the "different issue" option when contacting you as I wasn't sure if it was a technical matter. I'm confused about why some TV shows have their seasons displayed in reverse order. Initially, I noticed this with Black Mirror, which I assumed was intentional given the nature of the show. However, I've encountered this with other shows now and find it inconvenient to have to navigate back from the first season to access the next. For example, when I tried to watch Dragons Den season 10 on Netflix after receiving a notification on my phone, I noticed a discrepancy between the season numbers displayed on the side bar and the actual episodes. It seems to be showing a different sequence, with "season 9" in the side bar being actually season 7 in the episode listing. I can provide a screenshot if needed. I hope this can be resolved. Thank you.

The TV-14-rated series "The Chilling Adventures of Sabrina" features content that is not appropriate for teens. The inclusion of graphic scenes like the orgy depicted on screen raises concerns about the target audience. As a viewer, I found this content uncomfortable and unnecessary in what could have been a good series. I do not object to adult content for myself, but I am troubled by the accessibility of such material to impressionable teenagers through platforms like Netflix. This experience has prompted me to consider adjusting my parental controls to limit my teens' access to more mature content. It is disappointing to feel the need to monitor shows aimed at young audiences for explicit scenes. I am even contemplating canceling my Netflix subscription due to this issue, as I am truly disheartened by the content presented.

I recently found out that you canceled the show Disjointed due to "critics." Instead of listening to them, please consider your viewers' opinions. Visit variety.com to read the comments and see how disappointed we all are. Please bring Disjointed back for us. Thank you, Ashley W.

Hello there! I'm Ash, a 24-year-old guy who is a big fan of Netflix. I'm thrilled that the weekend is here, but I understand that you're on the job. I've been enjoying Netflix for quite some time now due to its vast array of shows and movies at a reasonable price of £10. Rumor has it that the prices might drop soon, which would be fantastic! I faced a financial setback this month as I started hitting the gym to bulk up since I've always been on the skinny side and had to buy a lot of healthy food. It's paid off as I impressed someone, and I have a date coming over tomorrow. I was hoping to relax and watch Netflix with her, but I can't afford it this month. Could I possibly get a free month to enjoy it until I can purchase it again? It's been a tight month. Looking forward to your response. Best, Ashley R. P.

I am a dissatisfied customer and urgently need to communicate with you. I recently signed up for what was advertised as 'another free trial,' but was subsequently charged £9.99 by your company. When I called in to address this, I had an unpleasant interaction with Daphne, who was unhelpful and rude. Despite being informed that I can only avail of a free trial once a year, I received an email promoting another free trial, creating confusion. As a single mother, an extra £10 charge per month is not affordable for me. The lack of clarity regarding my last free trial date in your emails is frustrating and misleading to customers. I hope to receive a prompt response from you to resolve this matter. Thank you, Amy P.

I am reaching out as a dissatisfied customer and would appreciate prompt communication. I recently subscribed to an email advertising "another free trial" only to be charged £9.99 by your company. When I called about this, I encountered a member of staff named Daphne who was rude, unhelpful, and stated I am only eligible for a free trial once a year. Despite this, I received an email for another trial. As a single parent on a tight budget, an extra £10 monthly is a burden. I am unsure of my last free trial date, making it frustrating to receive misleading emails suggesting I qualify for an offer. It is disappointing that your company is willing to deceive customers in this manner. I anticipate your assistance in resolving this matter promptly. Thank you, Amy P.

I believe I've mistakenly been charged for two subscriptions - one on Visa ending in [redacted] under the name S P Zietkiewicz, paying R169.00 monthly to Netflix.com Amsterdam. This subscription is correct and I want to continue with it. The other payment seems to be deducted from our family iCloud account ending in [redacted] under P M Zietkiewicz. I suspect one of my children registered on iCloud, resulting in double payments. I recently cancelled the iCloud account ending in [redacted] due to multiple charges. My Netflix stopped working despite my recent payment on 4/11, so it should be active. I believe the issue might be with the email address registered for both accounts, causing confusion. Please assist me with resolving this matter as I am feeling frustrated. Thank you for your understanding. Regards, Sandra Zietkiewicz.

While watching films on Netflix, my PC freezes, usually when transitioning from a film to another browser or my desktop at the end of a movie. This issue specifically occurs with Netflix. Regrettably, I have to hard boot my PC because shortcuts like Control Alt do not respond. Interestingly, I can play demanding PC games and watch Amazon films without any glitches. My PC is equipped with Windows 10, an I7-[redacted] CPU, 32GB RAM, and an AMD R9 [redacted] graphics card. Despite potential future reconfiguration needs, other programs on my PC function properly, leading me to believe the issue lies solely with Netflix. Best regards,

I suspect unauthorized activity on my account. I reset my password, but it may take up to eight hours to update. I've signed out of all devices, yet received an email mentioning an unauthorized upgrade to a premium plan, which I did not approve. There are only two family members who know the login information. I am concerned about my payment details being visible to whoever accessed the account. Please remove the unauthorized device (Xbox [redacted]) from my account history and revert my plan back to the standard one. If this cannot be resolved, I would like my account deactivated as a precaution due to the potential exposure of my payment details.

I recently watched Outlaw King and was impressed by its cinematic quality, finding it on par with Braveheart while being more historically accurate. Despite enjoying the film, I was a bit let down by its ending after the Battle of Loudon. I find myself urging Netflix to continue telling this incredible story. The depiction of the Battle of Stirling, where strategic deals were made, and the use of mobile schiltron formations by the Scots were particularly engaging. The narrative of Bruce's death before a Crusade and Black Douglas's gesture with his heart added depth to the story. Overall, I applaud the movie and thought Chris Pine and the cast performed admirably, but I hope Netflix considers expanding on this historical saga.

Dear Netflix, I am writing to express my deep disappointment and concern regarding the portrayal of romanticized abuse in "The Kissing Booth". As a woman of this generation, I find it troubling that such unhealthy relationship dynamics are being glorified in a movie marketed as a romantic comedy to young adults. The character of Noah Flynn exhibits possessive and abusive behaviors throughout the film, setting a harmful example for viewers. I am dismayed by the choice to produce this story and potentially create a sequel, further perpetuating these damaging depictions of love. It is evident that Noah's actions, such as threatening others and displaying anger towards the protagonist, Elle, are not romantic gestures but alarming signs of abuse. The normalization of such behavior sends a dangerous message, especially to impressionable young audiences. Additionally, the film fails to present Elle as a strong, independent character, instead portraying her as an object of desire for male characters. I urge Netflix to reconsider releasing a sequel and to remove "The Kissing Booth" from its platform. While the movie may have been profitable, its content is morally unethical and should not be promoted as entertainment for young viewers who are still developing their understanding of healthy relationships. Sincerely, Grayson W.

Dear Netflix, I am writing to express my deep concern regarding "The Kissing Booth" and its portrayal of abuse disguised as romance. As a woman from this generation, I find it troubling that such toxic behavior is being presented as a romantic comedy, targeting young audiences. The character of Noah Flynn exhibits possessive and abusive traits, which set a harmful example for viewers. The normalization of abusive conduct in the movie, especially towards impressionable young adults, is unacceptable. The film fails to depict a healthy relationship, as Noah's actions, including violence and control, are glorified rather than condemned. The scenes of possessiveness and aggression displayed by Noah are alarming and should not be romanticized. The fact that Elle's brother instinctively blames Noah for her injury speaks volumes about his character. Additionally, Elle is objectified by her best friend, indicating a lack of respect for her autonomy. I urge Netflix to reconsider producing a sequel and to remove the movie from its platform. While "The Kissing Booth" may have been lucrative, its detrimental impact on young viewers' perceptions of relationships cannot be ignored. Sincerely, A Concerned Viewer

I signed up for Netflix's free trial on October 4, [redacted], with a plan price of PHP550 per month. The trial was supposed to end on November 2, [redacted], but due to them forgetting to send a reminder email, they've granted me another month free as an apology. However, I noticed on November 13th that I was still charged Php559.35 on my credit card statement. I am requesting a prompt reversal of this charge. Thank you in advance. Regards, M. V. Ignacio.

I have previously shared ideas with you and would appreciate it if you could forward this feedback to the appropriate team. In the kids' section, when babies are learning to read, having colored subtitles that match the content of movies and series could be engaging for them. My suggestion is to introduce color bubble letters that align with the dialogue to make the viewing experience more interactive for children. I believe this small change could make a big impact, especially based on the positive response I observed in my one-year-old daughter while watching interactive subtitles on a children's cartoon called Dave and Eva on YouTube. I have faith in your tech team's abilities to implement this feature successfully. Thank you for considering my input, I always strive to contribute valuable ideas having been a loyal supporter from the beginning. Best regards, Ray C. ✔

I believe "Lost Song," "Dragon Pilot: Hisone and Masotan," "Ajin: Demi-Human," "Devilman Crybaby," "A.I.C.O. -Incarnation," "Zak Storm," "The Hollow," "Saint Seiya: The Lost Canvas," and "Hilda" should definitely continue with more seasons. I have been carefully watching them, and the current endings don't feel like conclusions to me. Since graduating last year, I've spent a lot of time on Netflix, contemplating which animes and original series should progress. I even keep a list of movies on paper, although I've only started with a couple so far.

Hello, Netflix! I am truly impressed by the quality of your services. I have a suggestion regarding adding more content to your platform. For instance, some original series only have up to the fourth season and could benefit from additional seasons. It would be greatly appreciated if you could consider adding more classic movies and completing series to enhance the overall viewing experience for users like me. I am eager to recommend Netflix to my friends and family, but I believe ensuring a diverse and extensive library is crucial for their satisfaction. While there are free online options, your platform stands out for its organization and speed. Your attention to this matter would be sincerely appreciated. Warm regards, Heba

I signed up for Netflix on November 8th with an agreement for payment to be withdrawn from PayPal on the 17th. However, they charged my account on November 9th and again on November 19th, resulting in additional service and NSF fees. Despite my attempts to explain this to customer service, my account was canceled, even though the last payment went through. I am frustrated with the poor customer service I received and just want to continue using Netflix with payments debited on the 17th of each month as agreed. Now, I have incurred $90.00 in fees and no Netflix service. The representative I spoke with did not seem interested in listening to my concerns. This is unacceptable, and I expect this matter to be resolved promptly to avoid having to escalate it further.

The language search feature is not working properly. We are looking for German audio content for our daughters in a bilingual home. When using the link www.netflix.com/browse/audio/DE, it only shows titles in German, not actual content in German audio. Unfortunately, the shows they used to enjoy in German are also missing. Is there a more user-friendly way to search for authentic German audio content on Netflix? This feature would greatly assist our daughters in enhancing their German language skills. We believe that Netflix, as an international organization, should have a feature to filter content by language to be more inclusive for all viewers worldwide. Enhancing this function would align with your values of equality and diversity.
