If you're having issues with a password, try resetting it using your email address (be sure to use the correct spelling). Click "Forgot Password" under the login, then follow the prompt. You should have the option to reset with your phone number.

Someone is using my account without permission, I changed password a couple of hours ago but states it takes * hours. I’ve also clicked to sign out of all devices. However I’ve now had an email saying my account has been changed to premium which I have not authorised. *My plan is standard as it has been since I signed up, this is not on. No one outside of my * family members has log in details.*I’m now worried that my payment details are on show to whoever is using my account. Is there any way you can remove the unauthorised device (Xbox *** on my history records) and put my plan back to standard.**If not I will need my account deactivating with immediate effect as my payment details are accessible to them.
