For nearly a year, my mother's card has been charged due to a subscription I mistakenly used for a month. Despite numerous attempts to cancel through the bank and even changing cards multiple times, the charges persist. After contacting Netflix without success, my mother gave up. The device the subscription was used on is no longer in our possession as it was broken several times by my one-year-old. I am determined to either get a refund from the start of the charges or halt the ongoing deductions from her account.

I have been a Netflix subscriber since [redacted]. Today, when attempting to access Netflix on my Xbox One, an error message stating, "you seem to be using an unblocker or proxy service" appears. Despite not using any of these services, the error persists. Interestingly, my brother, using the same Netflix account on the same WiFi network, does not encounter this issue. Contacting both Netflix's customer service and my ISP, the latter confirmed no proxy or unblocker is being used. Netflix suggested the issue lies with my ISP, but my brother's uninterrupted service contradicts this claim. Should this problem persist, I may have to cancel my subscription as it is unreasonable to pay for a service I am unable to enjoy.

Hello, I'm Ted Button from the West Coast of Canada. I've been a Netflix user for a while now. Recently, Netflix informed me that my subscription payments, handled through iTunes, have not gone through. I've upgraded from Windows 7 to Windows 10 on my PC. Although I only use one screen, it seems like both my old and new devices are linked to my subscription, even though I only use the new one. I stream Netflix on my TV using Apple TV. I've heard that each device is connected to a Netflix account or ID, which may be causing this issue. I hope you can help me sort this out as I'd like to keep my subscription active. Thank you. Ted Button

Hello, I'm Joel. I recently had to cancel my debit card due to fraudulent charges and I'm waiting for a new one. I noticed that my Netflix isn't working. When I called, they mentioned the system has changed and they couldn't extend the service. I've been a loyal customer for a long time, even through price increases. I appreciate the system change, even though it's frustrating. Thanks for your help.

I recently discovered an unauthorized charge on my debit card from Netflix, resulting in an overdraft fee. I do not have an active Netflix account nor did I authorize this payment. I have attempted to log in using my email addresses without success, leading me to believe this is a fraudulent account. I request a refund for the unauthorized charge and assistance with resolving the overdraft fee. I would appreciate a phone call from Netflix to address this issue promptly. Please contact me at [redacted]1. Thank you. - Elizabeth

I would like to stop the charges for an account I started as a trial. I never used it after the trial and received an email about a change in the login email. I suspect it may have been hacked. I want to cancel the account and request a refund for the charges post-trial. The email I used for the trial was [redacted] I am unsure about the new email on the account, and it seems someone may have taken control of it. Apologies for the confusion, I appreciate your help.

Dear Netflix Team, I need urgent assistance. I suspect my Netflix account has been compromised. An email notification informed me that my email address was changed, although I did not request this change. Last Thursday, I received an email notification that my Netflix account was logged into from Nigeria. I have never visited Lagos, Nigeria, and did not access Netflix from there. Over the following days, I received emails indicating that my password had been changed, even though I did not request any changes. I am concerned that my personal information has been stolen by hackers. Could your team please investigate this issue and resolve it promptly? Your immediate attention to this matter would be greatly appreciated. Thank you, Kelly

I signed up for a DVD rental plan expecting my first title by 10/03/18, but it didn't arrive. I followed the website's instructions to wait until 10/05/18 to report it missing. Today is 10/05/18, and there's still no DVD. When I reported it on the website, the only options provided were "Send another" or "Don't send another." I would like an extension or discount on my plan for the 1/4 of the monthly subscription that went unused. An extension seems fair, especially since it's a free trial, and this experience doesn't encourage me to continue after the 30 days. I've been a loyal Netflix customer for a long time, and while the DVD service has been slow in the past, at least the discs used to eventually arrive.

I hope this message finds you well. I recently encountered an issue with my Netflix account's autopay feature. Due to financial difficulties, my account was temporarily suspended as there were insufficient funds in my credit card. To manage my finances better, I decided to cancel my Netflix subscription to focus on essential payments like rent and university bills. However, I unintentionally made a payment before cancelling the subscription. As much as I enjoy Netflix, I won't have time to use it and truly need the refund to cover my urgent financial commitments. Your assistance in resolving this matter promptly will be greatly appreciated. Thank you for your understanding during this challenging time.

I am frustrated with the inconsistency in getting DVDs on time from your service. Previously, I would receive an email a day before the DVD arrived, but now I get the email 2 or 3 days after receiving the DVD. I don't consider weekends and holidays in this delay. It feels like you are intentionally delaying shipments to save money due to competition from Redbox, Hulu, and other platforms. Please return to delivering the DVDs promptly, or I will have to cancel my subscription. Either provide the service correctly or reconsider offering it at all.

I own a Sony TV and recently encountered a frozen screen issue while using Netflix. Despite spending hours on the phone with Sony tech support, the problem persists. They suggested unlinking and relinking the TV from Netflix, which we attempted along with other troubleshooting steps like clearing the Netflix cache, resetting to factory settings, and rebooting the TV and modem. While we can now access Netflix, we are unable to switch back to regular TV. Wi-Fi is confirmed working through YouTube. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

Hello, my name is Juan Pirela. I have a Netflix account associated with the email I am using to contact you ([redacted]). Around 5 days ago, Netflix added a series called “Designated Survivor” with Spanish subtitles available. However, the next day it only had English subtitles, even though I had been watching it in Spanish. After talking to Netflix's chat support, I was informed it was a technical issue and would be fixed. Yet, today the problem persists, and my father, who doesn't speak English, is unable to watch it as he did with the first 3 episodes. I need to know if Spanish subtitles will be available again and how long it will take to resolve this technical issue. As a paying user, I expect a prompt solution to enjoy the service fully. Please, provide me with Spanish subtitles for "Designated Survivor." Thank you.

My father recently passed away, and last month when he was visiting, I noticed a problem with my Netflix account showing a lack of credit. I paid thinking it was a minor issue, but payments were taken out multiple times since then. I believe there might be an issue with the old email associated with the account. I would appreciate it if you could investigate and stop one payment while refunding or crediting me for the overcharged months. I'm fond of your service and do not wish to cancel. Thank you for your help. Best regards, Michelle Hardiman

Dear Support Team, I received an email at [redacted] stating that someone from California signed into my Netflix account and changed the email and password. I am currently unable to access my account. I reside in the Czech Republic in Europe. Please assist me with resolving this issue. Thank you.

Why were "Luke Cage" and "Iron Fist" canceled? I was disappointed because I enjoyed the second season and was looking forward to more crossovers. I'd like to see The Punisher team up with Daredevil again and have Iron Fist make an appearance. With only a few Marvel shows left on Netflix, it's a shame to lose these two series. The ratings might have suffered because of the first season, but the second season was much better. It's sad to see these good shows go now that Disney is taking over. In "Daredevil" Season 3, I wished there were more flashbacks of Matt and Elektra. Maybe if "Daredevil" continues, they could explore that storyline more.

I would like to request a filter option to customize the promo area on my profile. As someone with clinical anxiety, horror/gory movie promotions can be overwhelming for me. The current image of a terrified, bloody woman holding an axe for "Haunted" is distressing and I wish to be able to filter out such content. I don't want the horror genre to be a default browsing category, as I prefer comedies, dramas, rom-coms, and other non-disturbing genres. Parental controls are not a suitable solution, as I don't want to block all mature content. It's inconvenient to switch profiles when using Netflix on older TVs where my account is the default. While Netflix doesn’t heavily promote certain genres like LGBTQ content, I believe offering a filter option for horror (and other genres) would be beneficial for customers who share my concerns. It would be great to have the choice to opt out of seeing specific types of content.

To Whomever this may concern, I am reaching out because I have noticed that two of my favorite TV shows, "Glee" and "To Kill a Mockingbird," have been removed from your platform. "Glee" has been a beloved show focusing on themes of acceptance and love for years, which is why I am disappointed to see it gone. I have always rated your services 5 stars, but now I have to lower my rating due to these removals. While this may not make a significant impact on your overall ratings, it means a lot to me. I also want to take this opportunity to request more Marvel movies on your platform. I appreciate your time as a paying customer who values the content on your platform. I hope to see improvements in the future. Thank you, M.P.

I haven't watched any programs for months now. The new version of "Annie" is too liberal in content, especially the one about suicide which I find unpleasant. The "Heart" series that I liked is no longer available. I joined an AFA petition against the suicide show but it seems like the network doesn't care about young lives. It's becoming hard to find suitable content. Some series start innocent and then become inappropriate like the one with the Indian doctor. I usually watch Roku. I heard that Susan Rice, a strong Democrat, who has been dishonest, is associated with the company. This is where I draw the line! I don't support companies with strong liberal Democratic ties.

I am experiencing difficulties with your service but want to share an idea for a compelling story like "Gerald's Games." It involves a young black man born in Harlem in [redacted] who faced adversity from a young age, coming from a poor background with challenging family dynamics. Raised in foster care amid abuse and struggles, he found himself in trouble with the law, but eventually had a change of heart and vowed to turn his life around. However, tragedy struck with the loss of his mother and a devastating secret he's grappling with. Now at a crossroads, he is on a quest to discover his true purpose in life.

I recently had a distressing experience while browsing through series on my Amazon Fire Stick. I stumbled upon the American Vandal series and was caught off guard by the content displayed in the preview. The lack of a warning left me unprepared for the sensitive material that followed. The title and description did not hint at what I was about to see, adding to my distress. This incident has deeply affected me, and I urge for greater caution in showcasing such content without prior notice. Moving forward, I hope to avoid encountering similar situations without my consent. It's important to consider the potential impact on viewers when presenting sensitive material.
