I've cancel my subscription since ** September last month. However I was just informed that my membership was renewed, my phone number was added and I have to make a new payment. I did not restart my membership nor add in my phone number to it. I am not interested in restarting my membership, paying for October's subscription where I did not access to. Please refer to live chat employee, James. He was the one responsible for the termination of membership, Please do not ever ever send anymore emails to me regarding Netflix Show. I've been paying the bill for the third month now without even using it and it is utter absurd. Please reply asap.
