I purchased Netflix premium and have been having billing issues and now my account is on hold. Where exactly am I supposed to enter my credit card? I did it through the apple store but something keeps going wrong. Nowhere can I find a place on your app or website for where I can put in the credit card so you can bill me monthly. Please help, frustrated
