A younger cousin in my family signed onto laptop looking for something this week (as we are off of school on Fall Break). She, innocently, clicked to start my account up again. When I checked my bank statement, I saw the $**.** charge. I need to cancel this and get a refund, please. I love you guys but my husband left myself and my daughter and at this point, every penny matters. Can you guys help? I’m sorry.
