Have a Sony TV**While navigating Netflix, the screen froze.**Cannot watch regular TV**After hours on phone w Sony tech support , they suggest we have our TV unlinked from Netflix and then relinked.**Have done many things to try to resolve*- cleared Netflix cache*- reinstalled factory settings*- unplugged TV to reboot*- rebooted modem*- successfully accessed Netflix anew and can use it BUT cannot go to regular TV*- confirmed wi-fi is working via YouTube**Need your help !!**Thanks so much.**My number is *** *** **** or**** *** ****

Rebooting the cable box worked *We cannot use the tv remote to go from Netflix to tv, however, as it will freeze the Netflix screen all over again. *Big pain resolving this.
