Hi I have been trying to reset my password through email on the account *****@***.com but when it's saying that the email has been sent. I have tried loads of times and it hasn't sent. I have checked junk and spam mail just to be sure nothing there. I am signed in on my telly but not on my phone. I can't rember the password and the phone number has changed. Please help
