The issue in GetHuman-nothingm's own words
I want to receive purchased service or refund ... Don't know email address. Don't know password. Changed credit card number. Netflix refuses to help. Starting FRAUD process with card to motivate solution and be refunded what I am justly owed.
I am holding the ef king bill from them. Not remembering the email, number, password, or lost credit card number. I have the serial number of the device bonded with the account. They alledge they cannot look this up: LIES.**Once forced to contact credit card company to look up prior card number I could not be bothered to interact with netflix again.
n*i*n*e* *m*o*n*t*h*s* of disuse since cannot login. I want o*n*e* *h*u*n*d*r*e*d* *e*i*g*h*t* *d*o*l*l*a*r*s*refunded. I have started a FRAUD investigation with CitiBank. Oh, I will get money back. Then never again, netflix.
There is no such thing as good or bad customer with netflix. Until you order your credit card company to DISSOLVE "existing business relationships" netflix will continue billing despite card number cancellation*reissuance. There is only poor customer SERVICE from netflix.
There isn't anything else. Netflix encourages people become pirates. wow.**I will continue using VPN over mobile. Should netflix continue blocking VPN I will resume paying a media provider AND using pirate tools to fetch actually-HD bitrate content.**ef ewe. I win.**My privacy is non-negotiable.
