Hi! I want to cancel my netflix subscription that was being charged to my Citibank Visa card.*For the reason that "Member Sign In" keeps on appearing and we can't open the lists of movies we want to watch. I can't sign in because I don't know my password. This only happens today. Previously no"Member Sign In" appears. We can not sign in because I did not give any details of my email address or my password when I first join Netflix.**What I did was sign in on a new scheme*promo that is for one month only free of charge. With that offer*scheme I was able to create my password and add my email address and contact number which I haven't done when I first join Netflix.**Request reply ASAP through my email address at *****@***.com or my contact number *** **** ******* so that I will no longer be charged from my Citibank Visa card.
