One of the users of the account was watching a show on their laptop and while they were watching the mouse starting moving, minimised the screen and highlighted the address bar (it looked like it was being controlled by somebody), there was no mouse attached and she wasn't touching the laptop at the time. What are the possible reasons as to why this might happen? (it has only ever happened while on Netflix, it has happened while she was doing anything else on the laptop) and what can we do to try and prevent this suspicious activity? I've changed the password and tried to change payment details but your system won't allow me to remove my card details until the subscription expires?*Any help would be greatly appreciated,*Kind regards,*Eoghan
