Hi I received a promotional email offering to give me another free monthly trial of Netflix since I had been a previous customer. I decided to participate since I have not had an active account in over a year. However it’s come to my attention that after signing in with my old account email, I was charged. I don’t understand why I was charged when the offer was to come back free for * month? Can I be refunded my money?
GetHuman-jessira did not yet indicate what Netflix should do to make this right.
