Wasn’t asked anything to verify that it was my account when calling to report a breach in my account, wanted to just reset the password and go. Asked to speak to a manager, in response was asked “why”. *“Put on hold” but was actually just listening to same teller speak with other customers*people around him. Sounds were neither loud nor soothing, had to make it known that I was still waiting on the line, original teller puts me on hold again, only passed the phone off to a supervisor, not a manager, which is not what I asked for. When it was determined that she wasn’t able to help me, she informed me that because I was recording the call (from earlier) that she would have to hang up.
GetHuman1021815 did not yet indicate what Netflix should do to make this right.
