Help with my Netflix issue
The issue in GetHuman-ann_dery's own words
I have just signed up to Netflix. I called to check a few details. Now I am choosing a movie to watch and after selecting the movie, I click on to start. Nothing happens. When I first log in the screen says I am off line. Not so. Now it is taking me to the menu but can't select a movie, no matter which one I try. I'm not impressed. It also tells me my password is incorrect. Also not so.
GetHuman-ann_dery did not yet indicate what Netflix should do to make this right.

We are waiting for GetHuman-ann_dery to fix the problem and share the solution with the rest of us customers.
