We recently moved from Sprint to T-Mobile.*T-Mobile is now paying our Netflix bill.*When my dad (who is primary on the account)*went to T-Mobile to sign up he couldn’t remember our password so they just made an new Netflix account.**We assumed our original account would be cancelled but after logging into our new account we see that all our families favorites were still there.**I am assuming that somehow the two accounts merged.*And my father was charged for Netflix Service********–****** on the original account.**Is there a way he can get this payment refunded as he assumed this account was cancelled and he wouldn’t owe anything more on the original account? **Thank You * Any help will be greatly appreciated.
