I was browsing Netflix offerings on my TV app and turned off the TV thinking I would automatically exit Netflix. When I turned on the TV again, the Netflix images were still there, and I couldn't access my regular TV channels or DVR anymore. The Netflix screen seems frozen, I*e, I can't move forward or up*down. I don't know how to properly exit Netflix, but even if I did, I don't think I could at this point. HELP!
