I signed up for a free month trial of Netflix and I was charged one dollar and immediately following on the same exact day I was also with no warning charged $**.** this took place on June **,**** on the email address *****@***.com from my netspend Visa card I am a struggling single mother of * and this has been a very big inconvenience because that may not seem much to you and your company but to me and my children that's a meal I need this resolved immediately I need my money credited back to my account immediately and i would like to think there is something that could be done to compensate me for the extra struggle UN needed stress y'all have caused my life i would appreciate an extra month free of charge and not even charged the one dollar thanks my name is Ashlee Lott Bankston and my phone number is **********
