i purchased a netflix subscription with my personal credit card, however a few days later my mom offered to use her credit card so i canceled my subscription and made her an account with her credit card but when i checked my balance in my credit card after a few mounths i saw that netflix is still charging me even when i clearly remember canceling it, so i didnt use my account at all and i lost money. is refund possible?
