If you are currently under contract you will need to pay an Early Termination Fee. The best time to cancel is at the end of a billing cycle.

We have Netflix and have been getting our account charged four times from Netflix and PayPal $**.** each time totaling $**.** so far. Called CS found I had two accounts with Netflix with my email address, one with .net and one with .com which I do not use. CS canceled the .com and said they would reimburse our account for three months and the only Netflix payment would be coming from PalPal for Netflix, not from Netflix. Today I received more charges from Netflix again which is supposed to be canceled. I called CS again and argued with them which did no good. I'm done, I will go to my bank tomorrow and dispute the three charges from Netflix and cancel my debit card as the only way to stop this, they sure as **** are not going to help. I may also end up canceling our membership with Netflix all together, had enough stress fighting this for two days.

We canceled our Netflix, stopped payments from PayPal, disputed the charges at our bank and canceled our debit card to stop any further charges.
