Hi* my account was paused for a while because I needed to update my payment information. I just put in the new credit card information, but it's the end of the month. I want to make sure I won't be charged for the month of April since I wasn't using my account at that time - can you help me make sure my payment will resume starting in May?
I trust that Netflix will make this right and come up with a resolution that is fair.
