Netflix has taken payment out of my bank account without my consent, it kept prompting me to retry payment on the account but I wanted to leave it until I could afford to pay for it but it's showing on my bank account that netflix has taken payment out, yet on my account it's still saying to retry payment to keep enjoying netflix.*I didn't want the payment to come out yet so I left it. I recently got money from the Jobcentre for bus fare to my new job, and when I checked my bank account last night it said **.** had been taken out. Netflix had taken money out of my account and I needed that for travel to work.*I wasn't ready for money to be taken out for netflix so that's why I left it alone until I was ready and could afford it. I'm not happy at all and would like an immediate refund to my bank account.
