* month ago I signed up for a free trial as for my son who doesn't live with me to access Netflix as he had tried and failed to set it up himself. However within an hour of me setting it up he managed to do it himself so I promptly cancelled the account I had set up. I then found that I had been charged £*.**. I rang the customer services and after explaining the situation was told the £*.** would be refunded to me and that it could take up to ** days. This period is now up and I have not had the refund and I have been charged another £*.**. I have logged in and I definitely dont have an active account so why am I still being charged. I would like the £**.** refunded immediately as it has now caused me to be charged for unauthorised borrowing from my bank. Thankyou
