Hi, I set up Netflix for a free trial which ended a couple of weeks ago.. The only reason I know is because I was charged a monthly fee but before the trial had ended, I had tried on numerous occasions to log in so I could cancel but it would not recognise my email nor could I do any sort of reset to log in. I’d like my account closed and a refund as I tried to log in to cancel my trial but could not do so. Thank you
