I cancelled my Netflix account in September and was told my last billing date would be in October, however money has been taken out of my account today and I checked my emails, it says that on the **th October I signed back up, which I never did!! So either somebody else has been using my account or Netflix didn’t cancel my account properly, now I’ve had money taken form me this month and also will be billed in December, I would like to cancel with immediate effect and also a refund for November as I never signed back up
