I bought a Netflix voucher £** for my son from my local Morrisons, he applied the voucher code.said the code entered was correct, .all was going well, had the free trial, then when that ended assumed the voucher would be applied..went to watch it one day and it said to update billing..looked into it and the voucher had not been applied as it said it was . so wasted £** for nothing as we no longer have the voucher to re-entrer the code..do you have any advice please as we’d love to continue watching, but I can’t afford another voucher for him.
