We have just completed our first free month and the service was fantastic we are now paying for it and last night we couldn't watch anything on it, it was just going from * to ** very slowly and that's where it stayed, our internet is fine it's your service that let us down. Just wondered how come for the last * weeks it's been amazing no slowness could watch everything, and now we are signed up couldn't watch a thing the whole of last night. Could you please rectify this problem Asap. Thanks *Mrs V Allison
