I had a few emails from Netflix stating that my email address had been changed. Tried to login. Would not let me!!!! Also stated someone from Brazil accessed my account (Im in the UK)!. It gave me a link in the email to change my p***word but I didn't believe the emails as I thought it was fraudulent. **I can't login, it says apparently there is no account ***ociated with my email address!! So I'm paying for Netflix with no actual access?? So someone else has access to my bank card details!!!!!?
I trust that Netflix (UK) will make this right and come up with a resolution that is fair.
