I have not used NetZero for many years, yet continue to have charges for service placed on a credit card. The last time it happened, I had the charge removed from my card, but it has occurred once again. I do not need NetZero service. I am not using the same computer, and the current computer is not in my name. I no longer live at the same address or even in the same state. It is a mystery to me how I can be charged for this service and I will continue to have charges removed from any debit or credit card. If need be, I will cancel the card that has any NetZero charges on it. I consider this to be fraudulent and can only imagine how many people fail to check their card bills and let it slide while NetZero continues to profit. Stop charging for service that I don't have and don't want.

GetHuman-bflesher did not yet indicate what NetZero should do to make this right.
