I haven't used NetZero in years and still get charged on my credit card. This happened before, and now it's reoccurring. I don't want or need NetZero, and I have a different computer not in my name at a new address and state. I will keep disputing these unauthorized charges. If necessary, I'll cancel the card with any NetZero charges. This feels like a scam, and I'm concerned others might not notice. NetZero needs to stop charging me for a service I haven't used.

I am having trouble accessing my email account. A security warning is prompting me to change my password, but I am unable to do so as my membership ID and zip code do not match your records. I have verified the information multiple times and am certain it is accurate. I have attempted this process at least five times to no avail. It seems someone has altered the information, and it was not me. I am unable to receive any emails, which complicates the situation further as I cannot access my account.

I have been using NetZero as my email provider for about 20 years. However, I am currently facing an issue with logging into my Arbella insurance online account on myarbella.com. When I try to log in, I am prompted to reset my password, but I don't receive the reset email at my NetZero email address ([redacted]). Arbella mentioned they have been having trouble since they started using a new software which does not seem to work correctly with NetZero and other providers like Juno. They advised me to use a different email account, but NetZero is my primary and active email. I have been dealing with this problem for over two months now and have not been able to find a solution.

NetZero has recently started blocking emails from a crucial client of mine without any notice to me. The sender's email domain that is being blocked is all persons at callahan-law.com, and I am using [redacted] as my email address. Unfortunately, NetZero does not have a customer service email for me to contact. The bounce message in question is as follows: From: Domain postMaster address <[redacted]> Date: November 19, [redacted] at 11:09:35 AM PST To: Tony Silvar <[redacted]> Subject: [Postmaster] Email Delivery Failure This notification indicates that an email addressed to [redacted] could not be delivered due to a recipient server condition. The error message reads, "Access denied...44c[redacted]7d[redacted]3c3c41a50c1d49b8a558f5d8cde13d39e[redacted]3ded313d31b9b9..." The failure occurred after one delivery attempt over a period of 0 hours. If you have sent the email to multiple recipients, you will receive similar messages for each failed delivery.

I've canceled my account four months ago, but I keep getting charged repeatedly. Despite requesting a refund, I continue to be billed. To address this issue and avoid involving the Better Business Bureau and law enforcement, refund all the charges and cease any further billing. I have not utilized your service, and it has not been functional. Thank you.
