My nest is having an w* error. Basically can not connect to wifi. i did resetting network, thermostat and factory reset but same problem persists. very new thermostat and it was working totally fine until like * days ago.*serial number : **AA**AF******MJ*software :*.*-**battery : *.** volts*i googled the issue and it seems like a pretty common error that can not be resolved unless you get a replacement unit. Please contact me asap since this has been very inconvenient without wifi feature.*Thanks
