The issue in GetHuman4511581's own words
we have * nest account and * homes setup within that account. home** has the nest hello and the google*nest hub. home** has the nest hello and a regular google smart speaker. home** is my mom's house and home** is my house. when someone presses home** doorbell, we at home** gets notified (and that is what we want). BUT when home** doorbell is pressed, home** is notified that someone is at home** (and we DO NOT want that). we can stop it with turning off 'visitors notification' on home** but then we aren't notified within our own house (home**) on our smart speaker. How can we GET notified when someone presses my mom's doorbell but NOT have her notified when someone is at OUR house? we purchased these devices so we could watch out for my elderly mom but we don't want to scare her everytime someone comes to our house and her thinking someone is at her door. Please help!
