Nest thermostat is not connecting to a Wi-Fi network. Went down about a week ago. Have not had time to look into it, but this morning i tried to work on it. I when though all the steps of trying to reconnect, resetting the network, resetting the thermostat without erasing the information, resting all settings, i even tried unplugging it for an hour to see if it would default to factory. Nothing worked. and to add to the frustration company is not the easiest to get a hold of. I was considering taking it back to Costco when i found this website. Your support page does not have this information or it is very difficult to navigate to it. If you can not help me with this, i understand, I will reluctantly have to buy an ecobee* Smarter Wi-Fi Thermostat given amazon support is easier to get a hold of.
