I purchased a Nest Hello Video Door Bell on January *, **** for my new home because we saw on TV how well it was repeatedly advertised and rated on national TV and the internet along with the added protection for homes. And it was definitely a peace of mind for my family and I so that we would have the protection we needed moving into a new neighbor hood .However in the process of moving and unpacking ,we were getting ready to install it and found out that it would not hold a charge, we tried charging it several times but there was no results . On today we carried it back to Best Buy and they told us to get in touch with NEST. We would like to get a refund in the amount of the purchased price $ ***.** PLUS tax **.** which gives a total of ***.**.
