I ordered a Nest Hello with installation, I received an e-mail telling me it has been shipped. I could not arrange for an installation date when I ordered. The site told me to contact later. This morning, I called *-***-***-****, to set up an installation date. I was on the phone for ** minutes and was told I was being transferred to someone that would help me. The line was disconnected. I redial again, and spoke to a gentleman that said he would help, after and hour and ** minutes the music was blaring away, but no one returned to speak to me. I finally hung up. That was basically a * hr. phone call with no help. I spent $***.** for a doorbell, but can't get anyone to install it. I probably should have ordered the cheaper model and called my own installer. Iam not sure what I am to do now. Cancel the order and return the unit or try to call again. This kind of service is not what I would expect from Nest, that is selling high end merchandise for the consumer.*Please advise
