My adult daughter is dealing with severe apnea/sleep apnea and utilizes a CPAP machine and an O2 maker. All her sleep testing was completed at South County Hospital, and she typically receives her medical equipment from Kent Medical Supply. Her respiratory therapist, Kathleen Ireland at KCMH, has been helpful. However, due to comorbid physical and psychological conditions, including severe PTSD and panic disorder, she is struggling. She has been without necessary masks and tubing for over 4 months, as she finds dealing with Kent Supply difficult. Despite the kindness and professionalism of Ms. Ireland, contacting her has been challenging. Unfortunately, a rude and intimidating staff member at the store has made the situation more difficult. Recently, my daughter experienced a heart attack, unrelated to her apnea, and I urgently request a compassionate alternative to get her equipment promptly. Contact her directly today.
