Help with my Nectar Mattress issue

Nectar Mattress's call center is closed now. We will send GetHuman-pifersnh a reminder to call them when they open. Nothing to do for now but wait!
The issue in GetHuman-pifersnh's own words
Ordered a mattress from Nectar. I subsequently got an email stating "Opps...you didn't complete your order...click below and finish it". I did click and it was empty so I filled in the same info.....and now they've charged me for a duplicate order and apparently * mattresses will be shipped in a couple of weeks. I have sent emails, waited on hold for hours to talk to someone, waiting in queues for on-line chats but to no avail. Super frustrating....

GetHuman-pifersnh did not yet indicate what Nectar Mattress should do to make this right.
