hello, I am currently in the process of changing my direct deposit from my usaa checking account to my navy federal checking account. im active duty so I use the mypay website to change my direct deposit. when I try to make the change it says the change will be effective no later than September **th. my concern is if that means my pay will still go to my usaa account on the **th of this month or if it will go to the navy federal account and I wont be able to access my funds until the **th. I just don't want to make the change and have my pay day come around and receive no money in either account, if you could better explain this at all I would truly appreciate it.
