The issue in GetHuman-dtelli's own words
Went into the Andrews AFB location to exchange $**'s for $***'s and look into a ** year VA loan. Waited nearly ** minutes while * cashier did seemingly nothing, another spent the entire time taking one deposit, and antoher was fixing an issue from last week with a customer. Get to the teller and I am told you won't exchange money over $*** for non members. Keeping in mind I am active duty in uniform. Needless to say you will surely not get my mortgage business if this is the service I can look forward too. Maybe I would have gone with NFCU, maybe not but you potentially lost $***,*** in interest over not changing $*** in money. Ill go to my bank downtown and get it done, this was a waste of ** minutes where I tried to save time by using the on base bank.
