I made a deposit on a Sunday of **** and had no idea of the extra hold over *k. This caused me over *** in fees I contacted the bank who took no accountability in their poor online banking architecture. A financial ins***ution of this size should have certain precautions to protect their members from making this error. I deposited guaranteed funds and was *****ed drastically. I requested to speak to a manager and received no call nothing just a reiteration of their policy. So unacceptable!
I trust that Navy Federal Credit Union will make this right and come up with a resolution that is fair.
