I have been a loyal member of NatureBox for an extended period. Recently, I encountered issues with my monthly subscription box delivery. After reaching out to customer service in October regarding being consistently charged without receiving boxes for six months, I was informed by a representative about changes at NatureBox. They credited the amount I had been charged to my card for the unreceived boxes and adjusted my subscription to a $5 fee, which was waived for six months for me to use my credits. However, upon attempting to make a purchase to utilize my credit, I noticed that my credit was not reflected in my account. I would like to be refunded for the payments deducted without corresponding deliveries and proceed with canceling my subscription due to the lack of adherence to the original terms of service.

This month's box was disappointing for me. I only enjoyed one item in it. Additionally, two items were repeats that my family barely touched and are still sitting in the pantry: - Big Island Pineapple: I generally like dried fruit, but not pineapple. - Green Chili Snack Mix: I really dislike this. - Kung Pao Pretzels: I have already received these before and haven't touched them. - Sweet and Salty Nut Medley: While nuts are usually great, I still have leftover probiotic nuts from the last box. - Shortbread Cookies: These were the only items I liked in this box. I hate to sound negative, but I felt like I wasted my money this month. I wouldn't have chosen these items for myself. While I appreciate being selected, it's not enjoyable if I only like one out of the five items. Thank you, J. Fischer.
